I know someone who had a bad experience with work permit and visa advise from SunBelt. What they told the person was wrong and many months out of date.

Their site (recent visit) had a link to a BOI publication. When I clicked it, I got a warning from my browser addon. Apparently some malware and trojans get set .. websites in China.
I realize that's not their fault, but they are sending visitors there. If their browser doesn't have that alert script, they could get a nasty treat.
Also, they don't maintain their database very well .. and their database queries don't work right. Multiple instances of the same listing, listing of "for sale/rent" that are long since not available, listig of properties in one region when a different region is searched.
I think the guy tries to do waaaay too much, so some things get neglected.
