Prices Falling?
Today the Nation said that condo prices are falling hard in resort areas in Thailand.

Yea, I read that too. Especially in the overpriced resort areas.
Condos are not moving and rental prices are falling too. Thailand is not viewed as such a good investment like it was before. Recently a 1 BR condo in Rajaprasong in Bangkok originally was listed for 85K per month, did not rent and then went for 40K. Times are changing!
