Oh man .. lots of those! Kaw Moo Yang (sp?) BBQ strips off pig's neck with nam jim jaew (dipping sauce).

Moo dad diaw (fried pork jerky).

Pla samlee dad diaw tod (cotton fish sun dried then fried)

Moo tod gratiem (pork fried with garlic)

Gai yang (roast chicken)

I actually have a lot more, but no clue about some of the names. When my Thai friends take me out they introduce me to dishes I have never tried.

Lately I have been eating a lot of veggies with crispy pork....

Pak kanna moo grop (chinese broccoli with crispy pork)
Pak boon fai dang moo grop

25 baht a plate near my condo, with rice and very, very delicious.
